WARRANTY
Vantira™ Limited 1-Year Warranty
Vantira Outdoor Living provides a Limited 1-Year Warranty on all Vantira™ aluminum pergolas, beginning on the date of delivery.
Coverage
This warranty applies strictly to:
- Verified manufacturing defects in materials
- Defective components under normal residential use
At our sole discretion, Vantira will:
- Supply replacement parts for defective items, or
- Provide comparable replacement components
This warranty is limited to parts only. No refunds, returns, or full product replacements will be issued outside of defective component resolution.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Damage from wind, storms, snow load, or environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic imperfections
- Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Commercial use or non-residential applications
Vantira is not responsible for:
- Labor costs (installation, removal, reinstallation)
- Any incidental or consequential damages
- Delays, shipping damage claims, or carrier-related issues
Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, email vantiraoutdoor@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the defect
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
All claims are subject to review and approval by Vantira and/or the manufacturer.
Additional Terms
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or finish
- Vantira reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet warranty conditions
