Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vantira Outdoor Living, we partner with trusted manufacturers to deliver premium outdoor products. Due to the size and freight nature of our pergolas, our return and refund policy is structured to align with our supplier standards.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our return policy.


Returns (Non-Defective Products)

We accept returns on unused and unassembled products under the following conditions:

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original packaging and condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • restocking fee (typically 10%–20%) may apply

Important: Due to freight shipping costs, return shipping fees can be substantial and will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Send replacement parts, or
  • Replace the item if necessary

at no cost to you.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order:

  • You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
  • restocking fee may also apply
  • These costs will be deducted from your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Assembled or installed products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Damage caused during assembly or misuse

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications (address changes, product swaps, etc.).
